EarthStream Global is seeking a Workforce Planning Program Manager to lead enterprise workforce planning programs, governance, and system-enabled practices across the client. The role focuses on Anaplan, Employee Central data, and organizational structures to drive data-driven headcount decisions.

The candidate will partner with HRIS, HRBP, Compensation, and Finance to evaluate requests, assess impacts, and drive scalable planning processes with dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and dashboards.
• EC reporting experience and Position Management experience required.
• Strong ability to lead programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with HR information systems and workforce data governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance of workforce planning processes, tools, and reporting.
• Evaluate position requests and backfills for alignment with plans.
• Drive recommendations and escalation for changes impacting headcount and planning governance.
• Design Create/maintain EC position management processes aligned with plans.
• Review EC data for misalignments and data quality issues.
• Advise HRIS on organizational structure updates stemming from planning activities.
• Develop EC reporting for workforce planning and organizational structure.
• Expand Anaplan usage for workforce planning with data validation and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Compensation and Finance for headcount inputs and scenarios.
• Translate data insights into actionable summaries for executives.
