Vivid Resourcing is recruiting a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join a semiconductor design team from concept to silicon validation. You will lead analog IC projects, own architectures, and collaborate across design, layout, verification and system teams to deliver high-performance IC solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in analog IC design.
• Strong transistor-level circuit understanding and semiconductor fundamentals.
• Experience with circuit simulation and industry-standard IC design tools.
• Knowledge of amplifiers, references, biasing, ADC/DACs, PLLs, regulators or similar analogue blocks.
• Experience with PVT, Monte Carlo and post-layout simulations.
• Experience with CMOS or other semiconductor technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership of complex challenges.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop analog and mixed-signal ICs from specification to silicon.
• Define architectures and contribute to design decisions.
• Perform transistor-level circuit design, simulation and optimisation.
• Analyse performance, power, noise, stability and variation.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure robustness and performance.
• Support verification, corner cases and post-layout simulations.
• Assist silicon bring-up, characterisation and debugging of prototypes.
• Review work and guide junior engineers.
• Contribute to improvements in analogue design methodologies and flows.
• Work with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
