Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior AI Consultant to join the AI Trust team within Assurance. You will design governance structures, assess AI risks, and translate regulatory requirements into practical controls across the AI lifecycle.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary client teams, drive governance frameworks, and contribute to thought leadership. Fluent English with Dutch and/or French is required, and a Master’s degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience in AI governance or risk.
• Master's degree in a related field as listed.
• Practical knowledge of AI governance and EU AI Act.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and controls.
• Ability to work with technical teams and translate regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design governance structures, operating models, and decision rights.
• Identify AI use cases, assess risks, define governance requirements.
• Translate EU AI Act into concrete actions and documentation.
• Assess AI controls, embed controls across lifecycle.
• Conduct responsible AI assessments: transparency, bias, explainability.
• Support rollout of Generative AI solutions with governance.
• Turn complex AI risk topics into clear guidance for teams.
• Contribute to client conversations and thought leadership.
• Possibly contribute to model validation, testing, monitoring, red teaming.
