Bluecrux is seeking an AI Engineer to build and deploy LLM applications, AI agents and automations for internal teams and clients. You will develop reliable Python services, APIs, connectors and tool-calling integrations, translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

At medior level, you own defined solutions with guidance from experienced colleagues; at senior level, you lead end-to-end solutions, make architecture decisions and mentor others.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience; senior candidates often five+ years.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Built and delivered applications using generative AI, LLMs or AI agents.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and tool calling.
• Understanding of AI testing, security, privacy and maintainability.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Key Vault.
• You can translate business needs into technical solutions and explain decisions clearly.
