ENTICO ICT is seeking a Senior Functional/Business Analyst with strong AI/LLM knowledge to drive migration of applications to a modern platform featuring AI capabilities.

Ideal candidates have proven experience with use case analysis, APIs, system integrations, and stakeholder management, with English as the working language and Dutch as a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional/Business Analyst.
• Experience analyzing and developing complex use cases.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Experience with AI/LLM applications is important.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Strong in stakeholder management.
• Experience with conversational AI/chatbots is a plus.
• Language: English (Dutch is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Migrate existing applications to a new platform with AI/LLM capabilities.
• Define requirements for AI/LLM integrations and use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.

Senior Functional/Business Analyst – AI/LLM

Min. 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional/Business Analyst

Experience analyzing and developing complex use cases

Strong technical aptitude

Experience with AI/LLM applications is important

Knowledge of APIs and system integrations

Strong in stakeholder management

Experience with conversational AI/chatbots is a plus

Duration: ASAP – 12/31/2026

Language: English (Dutch is a plus)

The most important requirement is demonstrable (practical) experience with AI/LLMs and integrations.
