Collibra is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for our Unstructured AI team in Brussels. You will own end-to-end delivery of AI features that ingest, process, and enrich large volumes of unstructured content from enterprise silos.

Responsibilities include building production-grade Python backend services, integrating data from SharePoint, Salesforce, and internal APIs, and collaborating across engineering, product, and sales to move from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong Python proficiency for data processing, API development, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-driven enrichment models.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI systems using Spark and other Big Data tools.
• Know-how on data pipelines, microservices, and API design.
• Experience ingesting data from SharePoint/OneDrive, Salesforce, and other SaaS sources.
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams.
• Authorized to work in Brussels.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of Unstructured AI features from prototype to production.
• Write and review production-grade Python backend code (APIs, services).
• Build and deploy document-processing systems for large-scale unstructured data.
• Integrate data from diverse enterprise sources to provide context.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and sales to align prototypes with rollout.
• Occasionally contribute to frontend tasks.
