Collibra is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the end-to-end delivery of Unstructured AI systems in a Brussels hybrid setting. You will build scalable document processing pipelines and AI-enabled enrichment, integrating data from SharePoint, Salesforce, and internal APIs.

You will implement production-grade code in Python, collaborate across engineering, product, and sales, and stay ahead of machine learning advances. A strong background in data pipelines and API design is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python for data processing, API development, and integrations.
• Experience with LLM-based enrichment models and AI-driven workflows.
• Hands-on with Spark and Big Data tools for large-scale data processing.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, microservices, and API design.
• Experience ingesting data from enterprise sources like SharePoint/Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Shipping complex AI-powered document processing systems in production.
• Developing and maintaining production-grade code across backend services (Python, FastAPI).
• Integrating diverse enterprise data sources to provide contextual AI features.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and sales to align prototypes to rollout.
• Occasionally contributing to frontend development and user interfaces.
