Collibra, based in Brussels, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own end-to-end Unstructured AI systems. You will ingest, process, and enrich large volumes of unstructured content from enterprise silos, while collaborating with xYC founders to tackle complex business challenges.

You will write production-grade Python code, develop AI-driven enrichment models, and ensure scalable, context-rich AI features across internal data sources. This role is hybrid with occasional office presence in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong Python data processing and API development skills.
• Experience with LLM-based enrichment models and AI-driven data processing.
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade systems at scale.

Responsabilités

• Ship complex systems under ambiguity, balancing speed and precision.
• Write and review production-grade backend code (Python, FastAPI).
• Build and deploy document-processing systems for large-scale unstructured data.
• Integrate data from diverse enterprise sources to provide context for AI features.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams from prototype to rollout.
• Occasionally contribute to frontend development.
