Gaming1 is seeking an AI & Data Science Specialist to design and deploy AI-powered systems, apply governance in practice, and bridge Lab innovation with the platform. You will lead technical directions while remaining hands-on, collaborating with the Platform team to ensure secure, observable and scalable production services.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, strong engineering depth, and translating experiments into reliable, production-ready solutions within a fast-moving gaming company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software, ML or data engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Strong Python skills and ability to build maintainable AI applications and pipelines.
• Solid software engineering practices: design, testing, reviews, documentation, ownership.
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI systems, with trade-off awareness on latency and cost.
• Hands-on with containerized/cloud-native delivery, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop AI-powered systems—from hypothesis to production use.
• Establish evaluation, testing, and criteria for production readiness.
• Deploy, operate and monitor AI systems with observability and cost awareness.
• Implement safeguards: access, audit, human oversight, fallback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Platform to deliver production-ready services.
