ML6 in Gent seeks a Tech Lead in AI/ML to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions in collaboration with client projects. You will own end-to-end delivery from data to deployment, lead engineers, and translate business challenges into robust technical architectures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience leading projects or small technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and scalable systems.

Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more

What You Bring

• 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience leading projects or small technical teams
• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
