Job summary

Editx is seeking a professional to define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery. You will delineate AI agent vs human responsibilities, implement human-in-the-loop controls, and ensure auditability and escalation paths.

You will integrate the operating model into existing governance, roles, and release planning, and design a controlled AI-enabled delivery flow covering architecture, security reviews, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery.
• Identify activities for AI agents versus human responsibilities, including human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, and escalation.
• Integrate the operating model into established governance frameworks, roles, and release planning.
• Design a controlled Agentic AI-enabled delivery flow covering architecture, development, security reviews, and testing.
• Translate the target model into requirements for the existing toolchain to ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Support pilot use cases and formulate recommendations for further industrialization and scaling.
