Infinitesima is seeking a Senior AFM Applications Engineer to join our Belgium team, supporting leading semiconductor manufacturers. You will work across customer applications, product development, and metrology, delivering evaluations, and shaping future product improvements.

This role requires hands-on AFM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex results clearly. International travel up to 20% is expected, with onsite activity in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Hands-on AFM experience is essential.
• Experience with semiconductor metrology and nanoscale measurement is expected.
