Job summary

Ourjobs is seeking a seasoned AFC Senior Specialist to oversee AML/CTF/IS/ABC risk management across a global asset management framework. You will drive transformation, steer policy implementation, and collaborate with Affiliates and authorities to ensure regulatory alignment and robust controls.

You're expected to lead cross-country AFC initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver pragmatic risk-based solutions while leveraging your expertise in AML tools and market practices.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of AML/CTF/IS/ABC regulation and best practices.
• Experience with multi-country AFC/transformation projects.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify key AML/CTF/IS/ABC risks across Affiliates and AM perimeter.
• Assess policies, implement adaptations, and cascade standards.
• Monitor controls and risk exposure; define remedial actions.
• Lead AFC transformation initiatives including policy/process/IT tools.
• Represent firm in AFC roundtables and with authorities.
• Provide escalation and advisory support for complex AFC matters.
