Qualifications
- Several years of AFC operations experience.
- Deep understanding of money laundering typologies and financial crime.
- Experience leading teams with SLAs and metrics.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and empower a team of AFC experts, fostering growth and coaching opportunities.
- Review and triage complex, high-risk alerts and investigations before routing to 2nd Line.
- Own the QA framework and ensure adherence to investigation standards and SLAs in a high-volume environment.
- Serve as strategic liaison between 1st Line, 2nd Line, Product, Data and Engineering to optimize workflows and tooling.
