Spotify Belgium is seeking an Account Manager for Belgium to drive ad sales across display and audio formats. You will cultivate relationships with media and creative agencies and directly with clients, delivering successful campaigns and revenue growth.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in Dutch, French and English, and 3+ years in media/online sales. You will work from the Belgium office and collaborate with start-up–like teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• 3+ years in a media agency/online sales role.
• Knowledge of online and offline media and creative audio/digital solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
• Experience creating reports and presentations with Excel/PowerPoint/Keynote.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics.
• Able to work in a start-up environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Sell display advertising, audio formats, and other ad space to grow revenue.
• Maintain relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and clients.
• Collaborate with planning teams to deliver campaigns.
• Educate clients to use Spotify to enhance their business.
• Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals.
• Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings.
• Represent Spotify at events as a brand ambassador.
• Supervise support staff and help develop them.
• Work from our office in Belgium.
