Sander Brussels is seeking an experienced Actuary Pension Funds & Employee Benefits to join its Brussels team. You will manage a portfolio of pension fund and corporate clients, delivering actuarial valuations, funding advice, and regulatory analysis.

You will work on IFRS/IAS calculations, ALM, and pension plan design while developing long-term client relationships in a collaborative, autonomous environment in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Actuarial Science or a quantitative field.
• 6–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in pensions or Employee Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian pension schemes and actuarial principles.
• Experience with IFRS/IAS, funding, ALM, and regulatory developments.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch with good professional knowledge of French.
• Autonomous, client-oriented team player with strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Actuarial management and ownership for pension fund and corporate clients.
• Lead actuarial valuations, reporting, funding monitoring and advice.
• Perform pension scheme calculations and analyses, including Employee Benefits.
• Prepare IFRS/IAS calculations and reports.
• Advise on funding plans, ALM, SIPs, and regulatory changes.
• Develop client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
