FTI Consulting Belgium SRL is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Benelux Accounting team. You will report into the Benelux Finance Director and drive monthly close, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and intercompany reconciliations across the region.

The role requires English fluency, a degree, and a qualified accounting designation with PQE. You will interact with external auditors and support statutory accounts and VAT duties in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and degree-level education required.
• Qualified Accountant with relevant PQE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS15 revenue recognition.
• Experience liaising with external auditors and statutory accounts.
• Experience with month-end closes and SOX controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly close for Benelux entities and assist others where needed.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition under US GAAP/local GAAP (ASC 606).
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and revenue reports.
• Support statutory accounts, VAT returns and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage SOX-compliant processes.
