A Senior Accountant role is available in a busy logistics and transportation group with multi-site operations. You will lead general accounting across several entities, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the accounts, and support monthly and annual closings in a high-volume environment.

The position requires monitoring and analysing operating costs (transport, fuel, subcontracting), performing bank and supplier reconciliations, and collaborating with operations teams to provide timely,

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of solid experience in general accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Fluent in French, English and Dutch.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage high-volume transactions.
• Team player capable of collaborating with operational stakeholders on a daily basis.

Responsabilités

• Managing general accounting across several entities or sites.
• Participating in monthly and annual closings in a high-volume environment.
• Monitoring and analysing operational costs (transportation, fuel, subcontracting) and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
• Performing bank and accounting reconciliations across multi-site financial flows.
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure reliable and accurate financial information.
• Contributing to the improvement of accounting processes to speed up execution.
