Electra is accelerating electric mobility and building a leading fast‑charging network in Europe. We seek an experienced Accountant to own general ledger operations for Belgium, NL, and Luxembourg, coordinating with a small team and leveraging SAP/Netsuite/Sage/Cegid in a multi‑company environment.

You’ll supervise general and subsidiary accounting, support closing processes, and ensure accurate VAT/tax handling while using Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting roles.
• Rigorous with strong analytical skills.
• Good command of accounting rules and practices.
• Ability to work in a multi-company environment.
• Collaborative mindset and team player.
• ERP experience: SAP, Netsuite, Sage or Cegid.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• English fluency; FR/NL with working knowledge of the other.

Responsabilités

• General accounting supervision and review.
• Cost management accounting review.
• Subsidiary accounting: collections, reconciliations, circularizations.
• Accounting organization and inventory valuation.
• Strengthening group closing processes.
• Managing calendars and tasks for closing.
• Calculate cut-offs and prepaid/ accrued items.
• Prepare adjustment entries and Benelux/HQ reporting bases.
• Supervise VAT and related tax matters.
