Job summary

Lansweeper, headquartered in Merelbeke, Belgium, seeks a Senior Accountant to lead multi-entity accounting operations in a fast-paced, international setting. You’ll shape AI-driven workflows, ensure IFRS compliance, and support audits while enabling scalable finance processes.

Join a collaborative, cross-functional finance team reporting to the Accounting Manager, with a focus on accuracy, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years in senior accounting or audit/advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and corporate tax/VAT.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process timely supplier payments and payroll-related entries.
• Process bank statements and maintain evidence for GL transactions.
• Manage month- and year-end closing with accruals/deferrals and GL review.
• Reconcile intercompany positions and manage fixed assets register.
• Assist with VAT and corporate tax compliance and VAT declarations.
• Support audit and assist A/P and A/R teams with queries.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve accounting processes and AI-driven workflows.
