Job summary

Howden is a global insurance group seeking a finance and accounting professional to manage daily accounting of various transactions and provide operational support to the Marine business. You will contribute to monthly financial reporting and assist with tax dossiers and the ERP implementation, joining a collaborative international team.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting of all types of transactions (financial operations, commissions, salaries, miscellaneous operations)
• Operational accounting support to the Marine business
• Peppol management and external invoicing
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (Marine internal reporting)
• Assist in preparing tax dossiers (IsoC declaration, VAT, insurance tax, tax fiches) with external tax advisor
• Assist in preparing annual accounts and statutory reports
• Reconcile company account statements
• Perform monthly/quarterly general ledger verifications
• Contribute to developing financial procedures
• Assist in preparing audit files
• Assist in implementing a new ERP

  • Participer à la préparation des dossiers fiscaux (Déclaration IsoC, TVA, taxe d’assurances, fiches fiscales) avec le fiscaliste externe
  • Participer à la préparation des comptes annuels et des reportings statutaires
• Activités de contrôle
  • Réconciliation des extraits de compte compagnies
  • Procéder à la vérification mensuelle/trimestrielle des comptes du grand livre
