Job summary

Three is seeking an Account Manager Heavy Duty Equipment for its Zellik site. You will build and manage a portfolio in the Heavy Duty segment, advising transport companies, truck and bus workshops, and fleet customers on professional workshop equipment and tailor-made solutions.

You will translate customer needs into technically sound proposals, negotiate quotations, and drive ROI-focused sales while coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales, account management or technical sales.
• Proven experience selling capital equipment and managing long sales cycles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a customer portfolio within the Heavy Duty segment.
• Prospect transport companies, truck and bus workshops, fleet customers and dealerships.
• Advise customers on workshop equipment, installations and tailor-made solutions.
• Prepare, follow up and negotiate quotations; close deals with ROI focus.
• Collaborate with internal sales, technical services and after-sales teams.
• Register and track activities in CRM/ERP systems and monitor market developments.
