Jobgether in Belgium is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Security Standards and Hardening across open-source ecosystems. You will shape security practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and external partners to meet FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, and Cyber Resilience Act requirements.

You will manage a diverse team from graduates to seniors, drive disciplined engineering processes, and influence secure deployments across OS, cloud, and edge platforms while advancing open-source

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP and Cyber Resilience Act.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Excellent English communication.
