Keystone Solutions invites an experienced Security Project Manager to a client-site consultancy in Belgium. The role centers on realizing and monitoring security projects within a broader security program, aiming at NIS2 Essentials compliance.

You will lead ICT security initiatives, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure audit-ready documentation. English is used for reporting; Dutch or French language skills are required for day-to-day coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ICT or security projects with documentation for audits.
• Proven ability to manage project documentation, reporting, and governance.
• Experience with security frameworks (NIS2, ISO27001, NIST, DORA).
• Technical background or knowledge in at least 3 security systems.
• Strong change management and stakeholder alignment within multi-project environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage ICT security initiatives, ensuring planning, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Oversee project realization with detailed planning, regular progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead the service transition process, creating operational plans and processes for delivered security solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and audit-ready evidence and documentation for compliance.
• Organize change management and communication plans, supporting project development.
• Act as advisor to management and business units, collaborating closely with them.
• Coordinate and motivate team members during project realization.
