EMW, Inc. is seeking a Penetration Tester in Mons, Belgium, to lead or participate in Red/Blue Team activities during NATO exercises and perform comprehensive web, infrastructure and application testing on-site.

The role requires deep expertise in security assessments and scripting, with NATO SECRET clearance and extensive experience in testing methodologies. You will deliver technical reports and coordinate with NATO authorities.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• More than 3 years in web application penetration testing.
• More than 3 years in IT infrastructure penetration testing.
• More than 3 years in network security design.
• More than 3 years in identifying vulnerabilities in OS, software, protocols and networks.
• Experience researching and evaluating security products and technologies.
• Proven ability to write clear, structured technical reports for varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead and/or join Red/Blue Team activities during NATO exercises.
• Provide web, infrastructure and application penetration testing.
• Conduct security design reviews to ensure NATO policy compliance.
• Offer security consultancy to projects and plans.
• Coordinate with NCIA CC B, Security Accreditation Boards and NATO authorities.
• Present security findings to executive and technical audiences.
