EMW, Inc. is seeking a Penetration Tester to lead/participate in Red/Blue Team activities for NATO exercises. The role involves web, infrastructure and application testing, plus security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO directives.

Candidates must hold an active NATO SECRET clearance and have 3+ years in hands-on testing across web, infrastructure, and networks, with scripting skills and reporting capability. On-site, full-time, with start in Oct 2026 and end in Dec 2026.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance.
• 3+ years in web application penetration testing.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure penetration testing.
• 3+ years in network security design.
• 3+ years in assessing security vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of UNIX and Windows system administration.
• Experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Scripting in Perl, Python, Ruby or shell.

Responsabilités

• Lead and/or be part of the Red/Blue Team during NATO military exercises.
• Provide web, infrastructure and application level penetration testing.
• Provide security design reviews to ensure NATO policy compliance.
• Provide security consultancy and advice to projects and plans.
• Coordinate with NCIA CC Board, Security Accreditation Boards and NATO authorities.
• Brief executives and technical audiences on security reports and testing outcomes.
• Collaborate with Penetration Testing Cell leadership and stakeholders.
