Job summary

Louis Vuitton Knokke is seeking a Seasonal Support to welcome clients and guide them through a luxurious store experience during the November through December peak season.

You will create a warm atmosphere, manage client flow, and provide refreshments while maintaining brand standards. You will also advise across product categories and build long-term relationships using clienteling tools. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

• Maintain impeccable visual standards throughout the client-facing areas of the store
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

Job description

Availability required from November through the end of December, including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week. As a Seasonal Support, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will initiate each client's journey with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding clients through our store, understanding their needs, and directing them appropriately.
