WPP Media in Brussels seeks a hands-on SEA professional to join our Activation team. You’ll build and restructure Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts, optimize Shopping campaigns, and manage bid and budget strategies.

You’ll test ad copy, create reporting that speaks to clients, and present findings. Collaboration with SEO colleagues on Total Search projects is encouraged, with hybrid work and a modern Brussels office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on SEA work (in-house or agency).
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising is essential.
• Familiarity with GA4, SA360 or Merchant Center is a plus.
• Ability to deliver clear, actionable results.

Responsabilités

• Build or restructure Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts.
• Tame Performance Max and Shopping campaigns, including feeds.
• Set bid and budget strategies that reflect reality.
• Test ad copy and assets and build meaningful reporting.
• Present findings to clients and collaborate with the SEO team.
