Overview
As a Paid Search Expert, you play a vital role in managing and optimising paid search campaigns across various search engines. You work closely with the SEA & SEO Director, client teams, and cross-departmental experts to ensure high performance in line with client objectives.
You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising paid search strategies to meet KPIs and exceed client expectations. Your focus is to maximise results through data-driven insights and technical expertise.
Responsibilities

- Develop and execute paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and targeting settings to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Continuously optimise ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Be able to collaborate with other digital teams (SEO, display, social) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine feature updates, and best practices.
- Present campaign performance results and insights to clients regularly.
- Ensure paid search strategies align with clients' broader marketing and business goals.
Qualifications
WHO ARE YOU?

- 2-3 years of experience in a paid search role, preferably within an agency.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools. Looker studio is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEM and PPC campaign management techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Fluent in French or Dutch, and English. Ideally trilingual or eager to learn.
