Publicis Groupe Belgium is seeking a Paid Search Expert to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and other platforms. You will work with the SEA & SEO Director, client teams and cross‑functional experts to maximize performance and ROI.

You will execute data-driven strategies, optimize budgets, ad copy and landing pages, and collaborate with SEO, display and social teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions for key clients in Brussels.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a paid search role, preferably within an agency.
Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools; Looker Studio is a plus.
Strong understanding of SEM and PPC campaign management techniques.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Present campaign results and insights to clients regularly.
Ensure paid search strategies align with clients' broader goals.
