SOFICO is scaling its Data & AI organization in Ghent, seeking a Scrum Master to enable agile delivery across multiple data domains. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and foster collaboration in a fast-growing, highly technical environment.

Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus. You’ll work hybrid with a modern coworking space and onboarding coaching. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments, ideally supporting multiple teams or complex delivery organizations.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, dependency management, and communication skills.
• Experience coaching Agile teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment; experience with Data, AI, platform engineering, or cloud-based products is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset.

• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively identify delivery risks.
• Coach teams towards greater self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team health and delivery metrics to improve predictability and flow.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.

As a Scrum Master , you enable the Data & AI team to deliver value efficiently by facilitating Agile ways of working, fostering collaboration, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple workstreams. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you help teams stay focused, remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and continuously improve delivery in a fast-growing and highly technical environment.
