Sofico NV is scaling its Data & AI organization from its Ghent office to accelerate the Miles platform across leasing, fleet, and mobility services. We seek a Scrum Master to enable fast, high-quality delivery by fostering Agile collaboration, removing obstacles, and guiding multiple teams in a technical environment.

You’ll partner with engineering leads to ensure alignment, coach teams toward autonomous delivery, and contribute to a culture of learning and transparency.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.

We are scaling our Data & AI organization in our Office in Ghent, the team behind SOFICO AI Cloud and the Miles Enterprise Agentic Platform (AutoPilot & AutoRoute). Combining modern AI technologies, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise software, our teams build and operate solutions powered by Azure AI Foundry, Python/LangGraph agents, Temporal workflows, and Java/Quarkus-based Miles services.

As a Scrum Master, you enable the Data & AI team to deliver value efficiently by facilitating Agile ways of working, fostering collaboration, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple workstreams. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you help teams stay focused, remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and continuously improve delivery in a fast-growing and highly technical environment.

What youu2019ll do...

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting Agile best practices.
• Drive delivery cadence and coordination across multiple Data & AI domains, including AI Runtime, API & Saga, Cloud Ops, Knowledge, Governance, and Data.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively identify delivery risks.
• Coach teams towards greater self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team health and delivery metrics to improve predictability and flow.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What you bring...

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments, ideally supporting multiple teams or complex delivery organizations.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, dependency management, and communication skills.
• Experience coaching Agile teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment; experience with Data, AI, platform engineering, or cloud-based products is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset.
