Anacura Group in Belgium seeks a Mass Spectrometry specialist to advance LC-MS/MS and HRMS method development for small molecules, proteins and oligonucleotides.

You will operate and maintain LC-MS/MS systems, perform calibrations, troubleshoot basic issues, and act as a subject matter expert on MS. You’ll support transfer of new MS technologies and ensure GMP-compliant data reporting to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with LC-MS/MS method development.
• Ability to interpret MS data and report findings.
• Familiarity with GMP data integrity and traceability.

Responsabilités

• Develop LC-MS/MS methods for small molecules, proteins and oligonucleotides.
• Operate & maintain LC-MS/MS and HRMS systems, perform calibrations and troubleshoot basics.
• Support transfer of new MS technologies and analytical workflows.
• Deliver data and reports meeting high scientific and quality standards and discuss with clients.

Description du poste

• Involved in the (bio)-pharmaceutical drug development process of our clients.
• Responsible for the development of complex LC-MS/MS methods for small molecules, proteins and/or oligonucleotides.
• Operate & maintain LC-MS/MS and HRMS instrumentation, incl. routine performance checks, calibration and (basic) troubleshooting. You act as a subject matter expert on Mass Spectrometry.
• Support the introduction, qualification and transfer of new MS technologies and analytical workflows.
• Support lab operations in full compliance with GMP and data integrity standards.
• You deliver data and reports according to high scientific and quality standards and interact with our clients to discuss scientific aspects.
