Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Belgium seeks an SAP FICA consultant to lead design and configuration of end-to-end FI-CA and Convergent Invoicing processes within SAP S/4HANA.

The role involves integrating Convergent Charging, FI-CO, SD, and master data, plus handling dunning, payments, and reconciliation with third parties. Candidates should demonstrate BRF+ and BRIM module knowledge and be comfortable with onsite/offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• At least one implementation in FICA and S4HANA.
• Strong integration knowledge in CI & BRIM modules.
• FICA knowledge for business blueprints, BPP, functional documents and test scripts.
• Implementation of Convergent Invoicing, Consume to cash, Master Data, Pre-paid and post-paid scenarios.
• Experience in FICA Dunning, collections, payment channels integration, write-off and installment plans.
• Knowledge of Payment reconciliation & open AR with 3rd party and Bank.
• Experience configuring FICA Events and BRF+ (functional).
• Strong knowledge of clearing strategy and FI-CA integration to FICO.

Job description

Languages: Dutch, French and English (Must Have)

Must Have Skills:

• Responsibilities Should have at least 1 implementations in FICA and S4HANA. Strong integration knowledge in CI & BRIM modules.
• Should possess SAP FICA knowledge for preparation of business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases etc.
• Implementation of SAP Convergent Invoicing, Consume to cash, Master Data, Pre-paid and post-paid scenarios of cross industries.
• Should have experience in FICA Dunning procedure/Collection Strategy, payment (cash desk/external cash desk) integration with payment channels, write off, return processing, security deposit, installment plan, and promise to pay.
• Should have knowledge of Payment reconciliation & open AR with 3rd party and Bank.
• Experience in configuring FICA Events and BRF+ (functional).
• Strong knowledge of clearing strategy and clearing rules.
• Designing and configuration of e2e convergent invoicing processes with Integration of SAP Convergent Charging, FI-CO, SOM, Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Designing and configuration of e2e business processes in FI-CA
• Design and configure Business Master Data, Account determinations, taxation procedures, collections strategy, Dunning procedure.
• Prepare business process design document, Functional specification configuration documents and test scripts as per the project requirements.
• Design and configuration financial customer care processes.
• Ability to develop custom solutions using as much of standard’s way.
• Should have good knowledge of FICA tables to generate Payment and reconciliation reports on demand.
• Strong knowledge of month-end and period-end closing and FICA to FICO GL integration.
