Energize Group is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to drive the migration of legacy Finance systems to SAP S/4HANA across two business entities. The first go-live is scheduled for January, with the second in June 2027, requiring a delivery-focused leader who can align timelines and manage the system integrator.

You will challenge stakeholders, oversee SteerCo governance, risk management, and reporting, and ensure milestones are met. English is required; French and/or Dutch are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP Project Manager with strong experience driving SAP transformation projects.
• Experience in S/4HANA Brownfield and/or Greenfield migration projects.
• Good understanding of SAP FICO processes, especially AP, AR and GL.
• Experience managing legacy Finance system migrations into SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience working with integration partners / system integrators.
• Able to challenge the SI and business stakeholders from a project delivery perspective.
• Experience using SAP Cloud ALM / CALM for project management activities.
• Experienced in SteerCo meetings, project governance, risk management and stakeholder reporting.

Responsabilités

Energize are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to support the migration of legacy Finance systems to a new SAP S/4HANA environment across two business entities.

One entity is planned to go live in January, with the second entity planned for June 2027. The role requires a strong delivery-focused PM who can drive timelines, challenge stakeholders and the system integrator, and ensure key project milestones are met.

Key Requirements:

• Senior SAP Project Manager with strong experience driving SAP transformation projects
• Experience in S/4HANA Brownfield and/or Greenfield migration projects
• Good understanding of SAP FICO processes, especially AP, AR and GL
• Experience managing legacy Finance system migrations into SAP S/4HANA
• Strong experience working with integration partners / system integrators

Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Capacity: 100% for the initial 3 months, then reducing to 50% from January to June 2027
• Languages: English required. French and/or Dutch beneficial.
• Location: Zaventem region, 1-2 days per week on-site.
• Potential to remain full-time until April depending on project needs.
