Conquest Tech Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a multi-entity migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA in Belgium.

You will guide the project through Brownfield/Greenfield scenarios, manage the SAP FICO scope (AP, AR, GL), coordinate with SI partners, and report to SteerCo. Strong communication across business and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Leading the project moving from a legacy R/3 Financial system to S/4HANA across multiple entities.
• Experience in S/4HANA Brownfield and/or Greenfield migration projects.
• Good understanding of SAP FICO processes, especially AP, AR and GL.
• Experience managing legacy Finance system migrations into SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience using SAP Cloud ALM / CALM for project management activities.
• Experienced in SteerCo meetings, project governance, risk management and stakeholder reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA across multiple entities.
• Challenge the SI; ensure deliverables are met.
• Drive SAP transformation projects with strong governance.
• Manage S/4HANA migration projects (Brownfield/Greenfield).
• Oversee FICO processes: AP, AR, GL during migration.
• Coordinate with integration partners and SI.
• Lead SteerCo meetings and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure deadlines are met and communicate across teams.

Project Title: S4 Belgium (migrate 2 entities moving to S/4HANA system)

Reducing to 50% for 3 months at which time the project needs will be reassessed.

Location of services: Kortenberg (1-2 days per week on-site)

Languages: English fluent, French/Dutch a plus

Scope of services & key deliverables

• Leading the project moving from a legacy R/3 Financial system to S/4HANA across multiple entities

• Senior SAP Project Manager with strong experience driving SAP transformation projects
• Experience in S/4HANA Brownfield and/or Greenfield migration projects

• Strong experience working with integration partners / system integrators
• Able to challenge the SI and business stakeholders from a project delivery perspective
• Experience using SAP Cloud ALM / CALM for project management activities
• Experienced in SteerCo meetings, project governance, risk management and stakeholder reporting
• Strong mindset to get things done and ensure deadlines are met
• Excellent communicator, able to work across business, IT and external partner teams
