Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Business Analyst to join our European Distribution Center in Machelen. You will bridge business users and IT, supporting end-to-end processes in SAP across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.

This on-site role requires being in the office at least four days per week and delivering process improvements. You will work in a collaborative, international environment, handling project-based and daily operations with emphasis on standardization, automation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in an international business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Link between business users and IT; translate needs to SAP requirements.
• Analyze and improve processes in Supply Chain, CS, Logistics, and Operations.
• Support SAP and related systems: testing, documentation, and training.
• Contribute to system enhancements, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
• Manage or support small- to medium-sized projects using Lean and continuous improvement principles.
• Provide analytical support through data extraction, reporting, and insights.
• Support day-to-day operations with cross-functional collaboration.
