Capgemini Belgium is seeking an SAP PM Consultant to deliver Application Managed Services. You will act as SME for the client and project team, shaping solution design, implementation, and best practices for SAP PM and its integration with FICO.

You will lead delivery activities, manage risks and issues, translate business needs into blueprints, and drive workshops with stakeholders. Dutch language skills and fluent English are required to collaborate with global teams.

Your Role

We are seeking a SAP PM Consultant who will be responsible for delivering Application Managed Services.

In addition to being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both the customer and the team, the SAP PM Consultant will act as a trusted partner to the business and key stakeholders, providing expertise in solution design, implementation, and best practices.

• Taking overall responsibility of the delivery activities of the domain such as planning and delivery scheduling, tasks allocation follow-up, validate key deliverables, ensure the delivery quality is in line and compliant with the client policies, service levels, governance procedures, and the industry guidelines.
• Acting as the customer Subject Matter Expert in scope of the domain of application (activities, evolutions, issues…).
• Manage and report on the Domain delivery progress, impacts, risks, and issues.
• Provide direction and guidance to the team; seek for productivity and quality improvement.
• Drive workshops preparation and animation.

Your Profile

• Strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance processes. Solid understanding of integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules, particularly FICO.
• Ability to analyze and document system interface requirements between SAP and third‑party applications.
• Skilled in translating business needs into clear blueprints and functional specifications.
• Capable of capturing requirements from stakeholders and converting them into structured, actionable deliverables.
• Dutch speaking with professional working proficiency in English.
