SAP Operator/Customer Service Administrator

For its SAP support department in Belgium, SOA People is looking for a:

Customer service administrator / SAP operator with a good affinity for computer work (m/f)

A key part of helping us grow our business involves building strong customer relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their needs. We need SAP consultants who can analyze business situations using both hard and soft data and deliver simple, effective solutions that enable our customers to outperform their goals. • You execute support procedures in SAP with high accuracy, following well-described instructions daily.
• You communicate results via email to the service desk coordinator or customers.
• For operational issues, you escalate matters internally to support consultants or the service desk coordinator.
• You identify opportunities for process improvements or new procedures, notify the support manager and service desk coordinator, and assist in creating updated or new procedure documentation.
• You support the service desk coordinator with administrative tasks related to internal and customer support reporting.
• You primarily work in Waver.
