Recruit 121 is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Project Manager to drive a SAP transformation programme. The role is primarily remote with about one day per week on-site in Belgium, starting ASAP, and requires English with Dutch/French as an advantage.

You will own governance, oversee scope, planning and risks while coordinating SAP functional/technical teams and external partners. Strong communication across business and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP Project Manager with experience driving SAP transformation projects.
• Experience in S/4HANA Brownfield and/or Greenfield migrations.
• Good understanding of SAP FICO processes (AP, AR, GL).
• Experience managing legacy Finance migrations into SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience with SAP Cloud ALM/CALM for project management.
• PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or equivalent PM certification.

Responsabilités

• Own client-side project governance and delivery oversight.
• Assess project status, scope, planning, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables.
• Maintain integrated project plan and monitor milestones, risks, actions and decisions.
• Coordinate SAP FICO activities, dependencies, testing and business sign-off.
• Provide clear progress reporting and escalate delivery concerns to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and partners.
• Challenge SI and business stakeholders from a delivery perspective.
• Lead SteerCo meetings and project governance activities.

Recruit 121 is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Project Manager to join an established SAP programme.

• Location: primarily remote with approximately 1 day/week on-site
• Start: ASAP
• Language: English essential; Dutch and/or French advantageous
• Own client-side project governance and delivery oversight.
• Assess project status, scope, planning, risks, issues, dependencies and outstanding deliverables.
• Identify and address gaps in ownership, planning, execution and project controls.
• Maintain the integrated project plan and monitor milestones, actions, risks, issues and decisions.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and implementation partners.
• Provide clear progress reporting and escalate risks and delivery concerns to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate SAP FICO activities, dependencies, testing and business sign-off.
• Senior SAP Project Manager with strong experience driving SAP transformation projects
• Experience in S/4HANA Brownfield and/or Greenfield migration projects
• Good understanding of SAP FICO processes, especially AP, AR and GL
• Experience managing legacy Finance system migrations into SAP S/4HANA
• Strong experience working with integration partners / system integrators
• Able to challenge the SI and business stakeholders from a project delivery perspective
• Experience using SAP Cloud ALM / CALM for project management activities
• Experienced in SteerCo meetings, project governance, risk management and stakeholder reporting
• Strong mindset to get things done and ensure deadlines are met
• Excellent communicator, able to work across business, IT and external partner teams
• French and/or Dutch beneficial
• SAP Activate methodology.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
• SAP Solution Manager or comparable SAP lifecycle-management tools.
• Data migration, reconciliation and Finance integration experience.
• Cutover planning and post-go-live stabilisation experience.
• PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or equivalent project management certification.
