In4Matic is seeking an experienced BI professional for a long-term consulting assignment focused on SAP BI, reporting, and migration initiatives. Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced BI professional to join our client's team for a long-term consulting assignment focused on SAP business intelligence, reporting, and migration initiatives. In this role, you'll help maintain and evolve complex analytics environments, contribute to strategic migration projects, and ensure the continuity and quality of reporting solutions. You'll combine strong functional and technical expertise with stakeholder management skills and an agile mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Support business intelligence and reporting activities across SAP and Microsoft-based analytics environments.
• Contribute to migration projects involving SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, and Azure-based BI solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, align priorities, and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Work within agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, document decisions, track progress, and facilitate collaboration.
• Help ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of BI and reporting solutions throughout the assignment.

Your Technical Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, such as Application Owner, Functional Analyst, or Project Manager.
• Strong experience working with complex BI and reporting environments.
• Solid knowledge of the following technologies and platforms:
  • SAP BW and SAP BW/4HANA
  • SAP Embedded Analytics
  • SAP Datasphere
  • Analysis for Office (AFO)
  • Microsoft Power BI
• Relevant experience with SAP BW migration projects, either towards SAP BW/4HANA or Azure-based BI solutions.
• Good command of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

You're comfortable navigating complex environments, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables, and working independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.

• Assignment: Long-term consulting opportunity.
• Location: On-site presence of up to five days per week, depending on project requirements.
• Languages: Fluent Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
• Language proficiency: Native-level Dutch or French, or at least C1 proficiency in one of these languages. The other language must be at least B2 level, as must English.
