Haworth Antwerp showroom is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Sales team with proposals and tender submissions. You will coordinate with multiple departments to gather information and ensure a smooth submission process while hosting clients in the showroom.

Responsibilities include adding design ideas to proposals, supporting Day 2 sales opportunities, and maintaining the Vine CRM. Occasional joint visits to Belgium and Luxembourg are expected.

Qualifications

• B bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design or related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English plus Dutch or French is required.
• Demonstrated eye for detail and proactive client service mindset.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with thorough progress tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Host and welcome guests at the Antwerp showroom.
• Add contemporary design ideas to proposals and support the sales process.
• Collaborate across Haworth departments to support sales and Day 2 opportunities.
• Update CRM system (Vine) and manage Bid & Design support.
• Participate in sales meetings and visits to strengthen customer relationships.
• Joint sales visits may occur in Belgium and Luxembourg.

As the interface between sales management and clients & dealers, the sales process is supported from a design, operational, and logistical perspective.

Job Purpose

As the interface between sales management and clients & dealers, the sales process is supported from a design, operational, and logistical perspective. The Sales Support role works closely together with the Sales Manager, providing end-to-end support throughout the entire sales process – from the initial client visit to the finalization of the sale, including Day 2 orders. Additionally, the sales support role is responsible for ensuring a positive client experience in the showroom, which includes being present to welcome and assist clients.

• Assisting Sales team in creating winning proposals
• Taking control of complete submission process for tenders and RFP’s to create best in class proposals – contact different departments to obtain the relevant information in this respect
• Hosting and welcoming guests at the Haworth Antwerp showroom
• Adding contemporary design ideas to our proposals
• Collaborating with relevant Haworth departments to support the sales process effectively
• Identifying and supporting Day 2 sales opportunities to maximize client engagement
• Offering technical and design advice to Sales team and clients
• Participating in sales meetings and sales visits to strengthen customer relationships
• Updating the CRM system (Vine) and organizing Bid&Design support through CRM
• Ensuring all projects are processed efficiently, with clear and accurate order management
• Joint sales visits are likely to happen in Belgium and Luxembourg

Job Requirements And Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2 years of experience in a similar position related to Interior (Office) Design
• Technical affinity or experience, combined with fluency in English and Dutch or French
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset to deliver exceptional service to clients
• Ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring thorough and precise progress tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
