Haworth Antwerp showroom seeks a Sales Support professional to back the Sales Manager from initial client contact through final order, including Day 2 orders. You will help tailor proposals, coordinate tender submissions, and ensure a positive showroom experience.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years in interior/office design, fluency in English and Dutch or French, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2 years in interior/office design.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French; strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Assist Sales team in creating winning proposals.
• Manage tender and RFP submissions with cross-department coordination.
• Host and welcome guests at Haworth Antwerp showroom.
• Update CRM (Vine) and organize Bid & Design support.
• Support Day 2 sales opportunities to maximize client engagement.
• Joint sales visits in Belgium and Luxembourg.
