Siemens Energy Belgium is seeking a Sales Manager for Digital Grid Solutions to drive the digital transformation of power networks across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will engage utilities, industrial customers, and energy developers to position Siemens Energy as the trusted partner for the grid of the future.

The role combines a strong commercial mindset with technical insight, leading multi-disciplinary proposals, developing new opportunities, and maintaining a robust CRM-driven sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in energy, industrial, infrastructure, automation, or technology sectors.
• Fluent English; proficiency in French or Dutch is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Digital Grid market across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, TSOs, DSOs, industrial customers, renewable energy developers, and engineering partners.
• Promote Siemens Energy’s Digital Grid portfolio, including Digital Substations, Grid Automation Solutions, Asset Monitoring & Diagnostics, Grid Analytics & Software Solutions, Grid Cybersecurity, and Digitalization initiatives.
• Support grid flexibility and energy transition initiatives, including Battery Energy Storage Systems and related services.
• Lead commercial discussions, coordinate multidisciplinary proposal teams, and develop effective customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and customer investment plans; maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
