Vivid Resourcing is helping a leading international automation company recruit a Technical Sales Engineer for East and West Flanders. The role combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach to support educational institutions and industrial organisations.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, understand customer needs, and demonstrate automation training solutions while building long-term relationships across the region. Dutch language skills and willingness to travel are essential.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
• Commercial mindset; no requirement for years of sales experience.
• Dutch speaking with willingness to travel across East & West Flanders.

I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer to join a leading international automation company. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical knowledge with a consultative sales role, helping educational institutions and industrial organisations develop the next generation of engineering talent.

This isn't a hard sales position. Instead, you'll act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating technical training solutions, understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships across East and West Flanders.
