Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering a superior shopping experience and embodying our values. You will welcome guests, share product knowledge, and build trust through active listening and lifestyle questions.

You will take ownership of personal targets and KPIs, contribute to visual merchandising, and help create a positive store atmosphere, supported by employee discounts and development opportunities.
