Camper in Brussels is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our store team. You will welcome customers, give tailored advice, and help us reach sales targets while upholding the brand image and service standards.

You should be able to work shifts, weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and bilingual communication in French and English. Prior fashion retail experience is preferred, and enthusiasm for fashion and product is a plus.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.


• Provide personalised advice based on each customer’s needs.


• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.


• Deliver a high standard of customer service.


• Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed.


• Assist with visual merchandising activities.


• Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities.


• Support the receipt, control and organisation of stock.


• Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.


• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.


• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.


• Good level of French and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.


• Interest in fashion, design and product
