Carhartt WIP in Brussels is seeking a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) full time to deliver excellent customer service, tell brand stories, and drive sales in a premium retail environment.

You will process transactions, replenish stock, maintain visual standards, and ensure store policies are followed. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is an advantage; experience in retail and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Fluent communication in multiple languages is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
• Drive sales ensuring that targets are achieved.
• Process sales transactions.
• Replenish stock and maintain the day-to-day standards in visual displays.
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed.
• Develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
