• At least 5 years of experience in assisted sales in luxury retail.
• Fluent French and English; knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus.

• Passion for fashion and luxury, with strong product sense.

Elisabetta Franchi is looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant to join the Retail Team at its directly operated boutique in Brussels.

The successful candidate will represent the Brand within the Boutique, contributing to delivering an outstanding customer experience in line with Elisabetta Franchi’s identity, values and service standards.

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset, a genuine passion for fashion and luxury, and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will actively contribute both to achieving sales targets and to developing and retaining a strong local and international client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for:

• welcoming and assisting clients throughout the entire customer journey, providing a personalized and high-level service;
• understanding and anticipating clients’ needs, recommending products and complete looks accordingly;
• developing and strengthening long-term client relationships through structured clienteling and loyalty activities;
• actively contributing to the achievement of individual and Boutique sales targets and KPIs;
• maintaining an excellent knowledge of the collections, products and Brand values;
• ensuring product displays are consistently maintained in accordance with the Visual Merchandising guidelines provided by Headquarters;
• supporting the set-up and regular updating of window displays;
• accurately managing cash desk and payment operations;
• supporting stockroom activities, inventory management and product replenishment;
• ensuring the Boutique is consistently well maintained and reflects the Brand’s image and standards;
• working closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Boutique and the achievement of business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in assisted sales, preferably within women’s fashion, premium or luxury retail;
• excellent command of French and English; knowledge of Russian or additional languages will be considered a plus;
• strong customer and sales orientation, with a clear focus on achieving results;
• previous experience in clienteling and customer loyalty activities;
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• strong sensitivity to product, fashion and the luxury industry;
• dynamic, proactive and entrepreneurial attitude;
• ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• flexibility in terms of working hours and availability.
