Ontex is seeking a Sales Assistant Healthcare to reinforce its Commercial team in Belgium. You will support the sales organization with accurate administration, tender coordination, reporting, and customer support, collaborating with Account Managers and Product Specialists to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years in sales support or similar, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to manage priorities effectively, particularly during tender periods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare commercial offers and official tenders with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain customer records, contracts, and sales documentation in SAP, CRM, and other systems.
• Support customers with pricing, product information, and administrative inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with reporting, analysis, and follow-up of customer and territory information.
• Contribute to sales-related projects, process improvements, and product launch activities.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed efficiently and in line with established procedures.
